My life is complicated. I have decided to celebrate my complicated life by trying out complicated recipes and making complicated dishes. The dishes may be complicated because of difficult technique, long time to prepare and-or cook and scarcity of ingredients.
And I am going to do all of this in my ugly, tiny kitchen.
The only redeeming quality my ugly kitchen has is the nice Smeg stove, with gas burners on top and a double thermo-fan electric oven.
